Customers sign up online by submitting contact information, selecting a move out day, and paying a deposit (check out the sign up process here). Once registered, customers receive free boxes and tape. Items, however, do not have to be stored in boxes, we store it all - from bins to beds, fridges to futons. 

On the move out date, we pick up right from the customer’s door, check them out with our iPad Point-of-Sales system, and let them go on with their day. Items are then transported into storage for the summer. Customers are contacted in August with instructions for choosing a move in date, on which we deliver everything to their new dorm.
